The moon queen

The Moon Queen...(Where the moon-cake came from :3)

A long time ago, when the world first began, we had 10 suns (as opposed to our one that we have today). These 10 suns caused much distress to the people across the land, because all the crops would wither and die, and all the water would dry up. People were going hungry and thirsty due to the suns, so they cursed their names!
During this time, a young man had the aspiration to shoot down all of the suns, to bring back food and water for the people. The young man became insanely stron, and eventually took up the bow to do his purpose! He brought with him 10 arrows, one for each sun, so that he could shoot them down. He pulled back his arrow and let fly! The first arrow was a direct hit and one of the 10 suns were no more! The people rejoiced that it was achievable to do such a magnificent feat, and encouraged the man onwards. He continued shooting down the suns, one by one, until there was only one left.
With the man's last arrow, he aimed steadily and was about to fire when something caught his attention. It was a beautiful woman, the most beautiful he had ever seen! In his momentary daze of awe, he accidently let loose the last arrow without re-aiming, and thus missed the last sun. The people still rejoiced that 9 of the 10 suns were taken care of, and so they decided to make the man the ruler of the country.
As king, he requested that the beautiful lady he had seen would become his queen. She was torn from her relationship with another man, and forced to become the new king's wife. The king was happy for a while, but then saw that she was always upset. He did not know why she was upset, but he wanted her to become happy again.
He had heard stories of an old man who lived on a mountain (in his domain) that could make a medicine that would allow a person to live forever! He summoned the old man, and asked him to make the medicine for him and his wife. The old man complied with his wishes and created two pills. He gave them both to the king, saying "These pills can only be taken on the full moon, and only take ONE pill." The king asked "Why? What happens if i were to take both pills?" And the old man responded "I don't know! But I know you shouldn't take both pills!" And with that, the old man left.
The king was overjoyed, he was imagining how happy the queen would be when she realised that she would live forever! He kept the pills in a little box that he kept with him at all times. On the DAY (not night) of the full moon, he was overwhelmed with anticipation, and went to go change for his meal, forgetting the box on a table. The queen came by with her white rabbit in arm, and saw the little box. She opened the box and saw two odd pills, knowing that the king always had it near him. Just then, her rabbit jumped out of her arms, and startled her! She took a step backwards and tripped over the rabbit, sending both pills down her throat. In exclamation, she checked if her rabbit was alright (which it was) when she felt suddenly lighter. She began to float off the ground, and started to fly to the sky!
When the king heard of this, he yelled "Oh no! My queen is getting away from me! I must shoot her down so that she cannot fly away!" and grabbed his bow and arrow. He fired at the queen hoping she would come back in fear, but instead scared her in the other direction! She looked around, and saw the faint outline of the moon in the sky (because it was daytime). She said "I need to go hide! I'll hide on the moon so that he doesn't find me during the day!" And off she flew!
After the king realised he had driven her off, he was distressed...he did not intend to make her run away, only to run back. He then remembered that the queen liked a special sweet cake, filled with sweet candy inside, and so every night on a full moon he would leave these cakes outside in hopes that she would return. Even after the king died, she never returned. Sometimes on a full moon you can see a little person on the moon itself, still afraid to come down (The queen).
